Two-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
cleaning + rinsing + drying (functions customized to requirements); oil removal, rust removal, contaminant removal, wax removal, dust removal
Product Details
Product Overview
The Multi-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning System is specially designed for applications such as monocrystalline silicon wafers, electronic components, optical lenses, small metal parts, and precision-machined components.
The ultrasonic energy is distributed evenly throughout the cleaning solution, helping reduce uneven ultrasonic intensity and cleaning dead zones commonly found in conventional systems. The complete machine typically consists of ultrasonic cleaning tanks, ultrasonic rinsing tanks, drying tanks, and associated ultrasonic, heating, and control systems.
Typical process flow:
Ultrasonic Cleaning → Ultrasonic Rinsing → Drying
The process configuration can be customized according to specific cleaning requirements.
Based on years of experience, our company has developed a range of adjustable ultrasonic power systems and continuously introduced advanced ultrasonic equipment manufacturing technologies. High-quality raw materials and imported electronic components are used in equipment production.
According to the specific cleaning requirements of different industries, we have developed more than ten series of standard products in various specifications, as well as large customized non-standard systems. Large customized systems can be equipped with integrated PLC, touchscreen, and industrial computer control, with key performance indicators meeting industry standards.
Working Principle
Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect generated by high-frequency sound waves in a liquid.
Sound waves with frequencies above the audible range are referred to as ultrasonic waves. When ultrasonic energy propagates through a cleaning liquid, alternating compression and rarefaction cycles are created.
During the low-pressure phase, microscopic cavities or bubbles form in the liquid. During the subsequent high-pressure phase, these bubbles rapidly collapse.
This phenomenon is known as ultrasonic cavitation.
The collapse of countless microscopic bubbles generates localized high-energy impact and micro-jets within the cleaning solution. These effects loosen and remove oil, dust, polishing compounds, particles, and other contaminants from both external surfaces and difficult-to-reach areas of the workpiece.
Ultrasonic cleaning is therefore particularly effective for components with complex geometries, small holes, narrow gaps, blind holes, and precision surfaces.
