Product Overview
The high-pressure spray cleaning machine consists of an electronic control system, high-pressure pump and solution tank. PLC control and a human-machine interface allow parameters such as temperature and time to be adjusted. Low-level protection and interlocks help the equipment run safely according to the selected program.
Working Principle
The rotary high-pressure spray cleaning machine is mainly used to remove oil and chips from large metal workpieces, especially machined cast-iron parts. A high-pressure pump sprays the cleaning solution onto the workpiece while the worktable rotates horizontally. Operators load the workpiece, press the start button and remove it after the automatic spray cycle.
