Product Overview
The fully automatic scraper self-cleaning filter is available with internal or external scrapers. The equipment consists of a geared motor, housing, filter screen, scraper assembly, differential-pressure control system, control cabinet and waste discharge valve. It is suitable not only for water but also for solvents, acids, alkalis, polymers, coatings and other viscous media. Filtration accuracy ranges from 30 to 1,500 μm, and liquids with viscosity up to 800,000 cP can be handled.
Working Principle
Feed enters through the filter inlet. Particles larger than the screen openings are retained. When the screen reaches the preset differential pressure, the control system starts the rotating scraper and opens the bottom discharge valve. Contaminants are removed automatically and the filter returns to its normal operating pressure.

Features and Advantages
The scraper layout and cleaning angle are optimized for stable cleaning. The scraper and spring assembly uses a suitable spring force to reduce screen wear, compensate for scraper wear and extend service life.
The wedge-wire element is made from V-shaped stainless-steel wire and support bars. Its smooth surface forms the filtration surface and its slot-shaped openings resist clogging, simplify cleaning and provide long service life while reducing waste discharge and material loss.
