5-Core High-Flow Filter

Product Overview

The High-Flow Precision Filter is specially designed for applications requiring large-diameter piping and high flow rates. It uses pleated high-flow filter cartridges as the filtration elements.

Compared with conventional perforated basket filters and cylindrical cartridge filters, high-flow cartridges provide a significantly larger effective filtration area, higher dirt-holding capacity, and greater flow capacity per unit size. This enables a more compact filter housing, reduces equipment investment, and minimizes the labor and time required for cartridge replacement.

Our high-flow precision filters are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations and can also be customized according to specific customer requirements.

The filter housings are compatible with high-flow filter cartridges from PALL, 3M, as well as equivalent domestic brands.

High-flow filters are widely used in water treatment, HVAC chilled-water circulation systems, process circulating water filtration in steel mills and power plants, and reverse osmosis (RO) pretreatment systems.
