Brush-Type Self-Cleaning Filter is designed for reliable industrial operation. Its configuration can be customized to match the process medium, flow rate, pressure, temperature and required filtration accuracy.
Working Principle
When water enters through the inlet, contaminants are retained inside the filter element and clean water exits through the outlet. As the element loads with contaminants and the differential pressure reaches the adjustable setpoint, the automatic cleaning cycle opens the discharge valve and the motor drives an axial brush. Contaminants are brushed away and discharged without interrupting flow. The intelligent control cabinet can use differential-pressure, time, manual or PLC control.
