Product Overview

A bag filter is a versatile filtration system featuring a compact structure, easy and flexible operation, energy efficiency, enclosed operation, and wide applicability. It is designed for efficient solid-liquid separation in a variety of industrial processes.

Inside the bag filter, the filter bag is supported by a metal basket. The liquid enters through the inlet and passes through the filter bag. Contaminants and solid particles are retained inside the bag, while the filtered liquid flows out through the outlet. Once the filter bag becomes saturated, it can be easily replaced and the filter can be put back into operation.

Structure and Working Principle

A bag filter is a pressure filtration device mainly consisting of a filter housing, tube sheet, filter basket, filter bag, and other components.

During operation, the liquid enters the filter through the inlet pipe and flows into the filter bag, which is supported by the internal basket. The liquid passes through the filter bag with the specified filtration rating, while impurities and solid particles are retained inside the bag. The resulting filtrate is then discharged through the outlet.

Filter bag replacement is simple and convenient, and the filtration process involves minimal material loss.
